We also offer an Order Pick Up option from three locations in South-East Queensland.
Simply select the 'Pick up' delivery method during checkout (at the 'Information' page, before the 'Shipping' step).
You will only be able to select the location that has all items from your order in stock, so please contact us via email or Facebook messenger if you have any questions.
IMPORTANT: You will be sent the depot location with your order confirmation, however please wait to receive an email letting you know that your order is 'ready for pick up' before you travel to the address.

We also hold special days where we are open to the public at our two Sensory Showrooms (booking required) on Saturday mornings every now and then. This is a rare opportunity to see, feel and try out our products, plus ask Jenna or Kally all of your questions.
We both have years of first hand and parenting experience with sensory issues, Autism and ADHD plus hundreds of hours of additional research, attending workshops, and speaking directly with and observing Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists.
You will be sent the depot location with your booking confirmation.
Consultation length is 30 minutes however the booking times are 45 minutes apart to allow time to reset and deep clean before the next customer.
We stock our full range and also have credit/debit card payment facilities at both locations, so you can easily take your order home with you on the day of your appointment (yay!).
