This is a Bundle of our 2 favourite ALERTING and REGULATING items - the Peanut Gym Ball AND our Round Gym Ball so that you have another opportunity to SAVE.

Our Peanut Balls are very versatile!  They are a gym ball / yoga ball but in a peanut shape (two rounded ends), making them more stable, able to support more independence and safety, and suitable for lots of bouncing fun. 

Our Round Gym Balls can be used in nearly all of the same ways!  In fact one of our children prefers the Round Gym ball for the afternoon Squish & Roll activities.  Check our our photos and videos for ideas of how these wonderful tools can support our regulation.

Do not over inflate - use a measuring tape for accurate inflation. The peanut ball should measure approx. 40cm in height.

Store exercise balls at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat. Prolonged sunlight and heat weakens the
material, shortening their lifespan.

Make sure there’s a suitable area for people to use exercise balls. Keep them away from sharp edges of furniture, other equipment, or objects that may cause
damage. Check that the floor surface is suitable to fall on such as carpet or soft flooring. This also helps to keep people safe from being injured on other equipment if they happen to fall off the ball.

Use caution if using them outdoors as they may be punctured or damaged on rough surfaces.

Encourage people to avoid wearing or carrying sharp objects such as jewellery or keys in their pockets whilst using the balls as these could cause damage.

Regularly check gym ball for marks, scratches or other damage. If you do find a scratch or damage, don’t try to repair it, discontinue use as it’s no longer safe.

Make sure you know if it’s safe for your gym members and personal training clients to use exercise balls and instruct them appropriately. For example, it may not be safe for someone with balance problems or other medical conditions to use exercise balls. As with any exercise equipment selection, use appropriate screening, guidance and supervision.

An adult should always supervise the use of gym balls and make sure the child can use the gym ball safely and has full control of their body. For example, it may not be safe for someone with balance problems or other medical conditions to use exercise gym balls or may require close supervision.
