Our calming Compression Bed Sheet (AKA Lycra Bed Sock) provides strong sensory feedback perfect for children and adults as the full body compression input floods the brain with the simple message ""I am safe"". 

Designed to use in the Australian climate and comfortable to use in all seasons.

These are great especially if you require compression without having to use a weighted blanket.

These calming and soft, yet compressive bed sheets have been reported to help individuals with autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences, separation anxiety, anxiety, insomnia and other sleep challenges. They provide deep pressure input that helps to calm an over stimulated nervous system and set our little super heroes up for a long, restful, rejuvenating sleep.

Another benefit is they stay on all night, for even the most wriggly sleepers... and therefore they also don't kick off the doona you might place over top!

Our especially designed compression sheets are made from a breathable super soft lycra fabric.

• Do not wash with harsh chemicals (for example bleach)
• Do not place in the same wash as something with Velcro
• Do not iron or dry-clean
• The use of a delicates bag is recommended
• Air dry in the shade, or use a low heat drying cycle if using a dryer
• Wash before use
• Keep away from sharp objects
