Our Stretch Bands are very versatile and can help with a range of areas such as:

• hypermobile joints and low muscle tone
• endurance issues (tire faster than friends or siblings when going about their day, playing or exercising)
• under-responsive to movement or having reduced proprioception awareness (where their body is in space) and therefore seek this input constantly
• physical hyperactivity (bounce their feet or rock on their chair a lot when they're sitting down)

Try using a Stretch Band:

• to do physio or OT prescribed exercises to improve body awareness, core strength, upper arm and shoulder strength, lower arm strength and wrist and hand strength (super important for writing skills)
• to do 'heavy work', which activates the receptors in their joints and deep muscles like pulling, pushing, climbing and kicking
• to tie around chair legs to create a foot fidget / bounce tool - helping them actually stay seated and focusing on their task
• during play time in so many creative ways!
