To make sure you'll recieve your order before Christmas Day, we need to recieve it (paid) by:

- midnight on 1st Dec for all Western Australia, Far North Queensland or remote areas

- midnight on 10th Dec for all other metro areas around Australia or Queensland rural areas

- midnight on 15th Dec for all Sunshine Coast or Brisbane suburbs

- midnight on 18th Dec for all locals (pick-up)

CHRISTMAS 2020 CRASH BAGS:

Due to high demand, please allow 5 business days for Crash Bag orders to be dispatched. Which means the above dates would be a week earlier than stated, if your order includes a Crash Bag.

If you are a South-East Queensland local and want to collect your order from either Redcliffe or Sunshine Coast, then simply select the FREE shipping option at checkout and we will send you a message with the address when you order is ready for collection!

Please enter a street address rather than a PO Box address if possible. We ship within Australia only at this stage, and utilise Sendle and Australia Post.

All parcels are sent with tracking, within 2 business days from when you place your order. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for Crash Bag orders as these are very popular and are made to order (right here in South-East Queensland).
